Teaching
Since 2010 I have worked as (part-time) lecturer at the Centre for Conflict Studies (CCS), Utrecht University (Utrecht, the Netherlands) and at the Centre for International Conflict Analysis and Management (CICAM), Radboud University (Nijmegen, the Netherlands).
I lectured and supervised in the following courses:
- Introduction to Conflict Analysis
- Conflict and Governance in Africa
- Identities, Boundaries and Violence
- Framing Violence
- Terrorisme: Beeld en ‘Werkelijkheid’
- Legitimatie van Veiligheidsbeleid
- Actuele Vraagstukken van Oorlog en Vrede: De (burger)oorlog in Syrië
In addition I have supervised students in thesis writing, both in the Master and Bachelor tracks:
